Due to technogly I  may lose the ability to edit this free site and it may not be updated.  Currently  my rates are $300 - 550 per week depending on the season, daily  rates available
( among the lowest rates in Maine )

This Maine Cabin sits on the backside of 100 acres with a private drive .6 mile long .  Get away from the city - come enjoy rural Maine , not the other tourists !

This is a secondary web site , so I'll be brief here !!
Click on the picture above , ( you may have to "rightclick" ) it will take you to a web site that is full of detail ... if you are looking for  what is  referred to as a cabin , cottage, or camp . this is a single cabin , not a condo or lodge.  That link should take you to  https://dallasdal.tripod.com/
My prices  are among and prehaps the lowest in the State of Maine ... clicking on that photoabove  may be worth your while (rates are  between $300 - 550 per week)
Both  locations  have a private connecting link to Maine snowmobile trails  ( ITS )

Description:
Peace and quiet can be yours (in this single camp) on beautiful Kingsbury Stream. Come live 75 feet from the gentle roar of the white water and scenic waterway. Enjoy the beauty of the area by the fireplace outside evenings or from the deck, just outside the sliding glass door. Private drive .6 mile long.

Ideal for hunting or relaxing. Deer and other wildlife are frequently seen from the kitchen window.(Moose once in a while).Access is by car , pickup or SUV,  I  keep it  plowed . Winter is  also acessable by snowmobile. there is a  1  1/2 mile link to the  ITS.     Rental weeks are preferably set up for Sunday noon to Sunday noon during November, other times are optional. General rates are the lowest in the State I think, ($250 - 550 week). There are four beds upstairs; in two rooms (one full size type, three twin beds). The down stairs is basically two rooms plus the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has it's own outside  balcony.
The camp measures 24 x 16 feet. Utensils, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups and glasses are furnished. Also towels, facecloths, and one set of bedding per bed, consisting of pillow, blankets and sheets. (additional ones are available on request). For electrical appliances, there is a VCR DVD & TV with satellite connection, radio, toaster, coffee pot with filters, alarm clock and regular clock, as well as a hot water tank.
There is a VCR DVD and movie rentals are 6 miles away. There is a small MICROWAVE. A drilled well, this supplies the flush, sink, and shower. This camp is a fully insulated, six-inch walls, 1 1/2 story building. The primary heat source is oil heat. There are seven thermo-windows downstairs, one of which is a sliding glass door leading to a NEW DECK over-looking the stream.  The window on the opposite wall has a great view upstream. There are two windows upstairs. There is a stone fireplace outside (I supply the wood) as well as a gas grill. This camp sits on a small piece of land that juts out into the stream. Many places this stream is 100-200 feet wide. Summer and fall are typically low water flowage. Directly in the rear of the building is some nice whitewater, depending on the water volume, canoeable downstream.   Free on premises use of canoe and kayak available for the people  renting the  cabin ) The best fishing time is about Memorial Day plus or minus 3 weeks.

Also across the stream there is one residence (blocked by trees). He does not allow people to shoot deer on his 500 feet downstream. (should you be here for big game season). Deer and some moose are fairly common crossing the stream. I own about 100 acres here, my land as well as the adjoining parcels are not posted. The telephone there handles local calls, 800 numbers and incoming (not collect) calls, so bring a prepaid phone card for toll calls. I suggest that you apply for a "Maine Doe Permit" or "Moose Permit" if this aspect of hunting interests you. Let me know about this permit and I will be sure you get the application. AND I do have a special place of 100 acres outside the camp for CIGAR smokers.
